Ambika International is built on a legacy of trust, craftsmanship, and passion that spans over six decades.

It all began in 1964 when Shri Himmatmalji Hazarmalji Sanghvi left the gold business to follow his principles. With honesty and dedication, he opened a small retail shop, Ambika Hardware Store, laying the foundation for a trusted name in paints and décor.

His son, Shri Sukanraj Himmatmalji Sanghvi, joined him at the age of 16, learning the trade while balancing his studies. Together, they explored decorative, industrial, and auto-refinish paints, steadily building a reputation for quality, reliability, and care.

By 1977, Dilip R. Jain joined hands with Ambika Hardware Store to expand the business and support the operations. By 1986, Ambika Hardware Store had become one of the country's leading paint distributors. By 1995, we started with imports and exports of multiple international leading brands.

Between 2000 and 2005, the third generation stepped into the business, carrying the company to new heights through continued growth and innovation.

Today, Ambika International carries this legacy forward, bringing together quality, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
